Kathmandu, Ather Nepal, under Vaidya Energy Pvt. Ltd., will be present at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo
2026, running from 11th to 16th August 2026. At the expo, Ather Nepal will unveil the new Ather
450X Overtones, alongside new features, including Magic Twist, Infinite Cruise, and Voice on
Ather, across the 450 series.
At Hall C, Stall C2, visitors can experience Ather’s latest products and features, which bring
together software, rider-focused engineering, and design.
Introducing the New Ather 450X Overtones Series The all-new Ather 450X Overtones Series brings a fresh design language to Ather’s performance scooter lineup. While retaining the 450’s sharp, futuristic silhouette, the 450X Overtones Series introduces a new tone-on-tone treatment across three colourways: Still White,
Space Grey, and Lunar Grey. Staying true to the 450’s ‘under-the-skin performance’ philosophy,
a modern play of textures accentuates the scooter’s aerodynamic form.
Alongside the launch of the 450X Overtones, Ather is introducing three features across its 450
series: Magic Twist, Infinite Cruise and Voice on Ather. These features are designed to make
everyday riding more intuitive and convenient.
Magic Twist – Braking Made Smarter Magic Twist allows riders to reduce speed by twisting the throttle backwards, reducing the need to use the brake levers in many everyday riding situations. It uses the scooter’s electric motor to
slow the vehicle while recovering energy through regenerative braking, delivering a smooth and
controlled riding experience. Unlike conventional regenerative braking systems, Magic Twist can
bring the scooter to a complete halt and continues to work even when the battery is fully charged. This makes it particularly useful for stop-and-go city riding.
Infinite Cruise – Effortless Long-Distance Riding Infinite Cruise is designed to deliver a seamless riding experience by maintaining consistent speed control, especially during long rides or steady traffic conditions. It reduces the need for
constant throttle input, helping riders maintain a more consistent speed and making everyday riding more comfortable.

Voice on Ather – Simply Speak to Your Scooter The 450 series now also comes with Voice on Ather, Ather’s new rider interface powered by Ather Stack 7.0. It allows riders to interact with their scooter using natural speech through a compatible Bluetooth headset or smart helmet. Riders can use voice commands to search for destinations, start navigation, locate charging stations and control supported scooter settings
without having to interact with the dashboard.

Together, these innovations enhance rider confidence, improve convenience and deliver a more
effortless riding experience.
Introducing the New 6 kW Fast Charger Complementing Ather’s growing charging ecosystem is the new 6 kW Fast Charger, capable of
delivering approximately 30 km of riding range in 10 minutes. The faster charging capability further enhances convenience for customers and reinforces Ather’s commitment to building a robust EV infrastructure across Nepal.
Product Line-up & Prices The new Ather 450X Overtones Series will be available in Nepal from August 11, 2026. The Ather 450 Series starts at NPR 334,900, while the Rizta Series starts at NPR 314,900. The range offers customers a choice of performance-focused and family-oriented electric scooters across different variants and configurations.
