NTB-TikTok Travel Content Creation Workshop
Kathmandu: TikTok, in partnership with the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), has launched a series of workshops designed to equip local tourism entrepreneurs, travel content creators, trekkers and mountaineers, with practical skills in content creation and digital storytelling. This #VisitNepal initiative aims to showcase Nepal’s extraordinary landscapes, cultural heritage, gastronomy and adventure experiences to global audiences while helping travelers discover both iconic destinations and hidden gems across the country.
The three-day workshop series will bring together participants from across Nepal’s tourism ecosystem to learn best practices in short-form video creation, audience engagement, digital storytelling, audience growth, brand collaborations, and responsible content development. TikTok will provide training to local small and medium-sized enterprises, including tourism operators and trekking guides on how to effectively use the platform to showcase their products and services to wider audiences.
